Micro-electrolysis Water Treatment Technology Services

Micro-electrolysis Water Treatment Technology Services

Micro-electrolysis is used in the treatment of high salt, hard to degrade, greatly improve the biochemical properties of the wastewater. BOC Sciences can provide customers with micro-electrolysis water treatment technology and provide technical support and solutions for water treatment projects.

Technology Characteristics of Water Treatment

Simple process flow, long service life, low investment cost, easy operation and maintenance, low operation cost and stable treatment effect.

Good coagulation effect, high removal rate of chromaticity and COD, the same amount can improve the biochemical properties of wastewater to a great extent.

The technology can achieve the effect of chemical precipitation to remove phosphorus, and also remove heavy metals by reduction.

Applicable Wastewater Types

Fuel, chemical and pharmaceutical wastewater;

Printing and dyeing wastewater, paper-making wastewater;

Electroplating wastewater, mining wastewater, other wastewater containing heavy metals;

Organophosphorus agricultural wastewater, organochlorine agricultural wastewater.

Micro-electrolysis Water Treatment Technology Services

As water treatment specialists, we can provide you with micro-electrolysis technology related services.

  • Organic wastewater treatment services

In the treatment of organic wastewater, micro-electrolysis can remove organic matter, remove COD and improve biochemical ratio, and create conditions for further treatment. Micro-electrolysis is mainly used to remove organic matter by reduction of oxidizing groups in organic matter by new ecological ferrous ions, adsorption, flocculation, complexation and electrodeposition.

  • Heavy metal wastewater treatment services

Heavy metal ions can be removed by redox reactions in microelectrolysis as well as flocculation, adsorption, coagulation and ferrite complexation precipitation. This technology can be used for electroplating wastewater and printed circuit board wastewater treatment.

  • Treatment services for arsenic and fluorine wastewater

Ferrous ions produced by the corrosion cell reaction of iron filings can flocculate and co-precipitate under alkaline conditions to remove arsenic and fluorine from wastewater. Ferrous ions are produced through the iron flake cell reaction, and then the pH and sedimentation and other conditions are adjusted with calcium carbide slag to remove arsenic and fluorine, so that the effluent can meet the discharge standard.

Micro-electrolysis Precautions

  • Micro-electrolysis filler should be protected by water before use, and should not be exposed to air for a long time after operation.
  • For some special wastewater, the iron carbon micro-electrolysis process can only play the role of breaking the chain, that is, to break the large molecular chain into smaller small molecular chain substances, COD will rise instead of fall, for this case, the subsequent adoption of Fenton process as a supplement will play a better electrolytic effect.
  • Micro-electrolysis system should not be operated under alkaline condition for a long time.
  • The pH value of inlet water should be chosen to be partial acidic, which can be controlled to 3-6.5. Although too strong acidity can promote the effect of micro-electrolysis, it destroys the subsequent flocs, and the consumption of iron is larger, the subsequent treatment load is heavy and produces more iron sludge.

BOC Sciences provides the above micro-electrolysis technology service for customers, which can solve the treatment of organic wastewater, heavy metal wastewater and hazardous substance wastewater, and customize the exclusive solution for your water treatment project.
